Planting Our Future.
By destroying the forests, human activities are putting entire ecosystems in danger, creating natural imbalances, and putting life at threat. We are dedicated to doing our part to combat this issue – for every Axiom candidate placed, we will plant fifteen tees through OneTreePlanted. Trees are planted in North America, Africa, Asia, and Europe in order to catalyze to process of returning our world to a forested state.

Combatting the California
Wildfire Crisis.
Climate change and wildfires mutually reinforce each other, and the fires burning today are bigger, more intense, and last longer than they used to. If current trends continue, there will be devastating long-term consequences on people, wildlife, and the climate. As Axiom is headquartered in Northern California, this concern is near and dear to our hearts. We pledge to support Red Cross’ Wildfire Relief Fund via a yearly donation. The program helps to shelter families, serves meals, supports emergency responders, delivers relief supplies, provides medical supplies, and creates recovery plans.

Ongoing Training.
Preventing waste lessens pollution, making our neighborhoods and communities safer, healthier places to live. In order to do our part, employees go through training to reduce inefficiencies and excess waste production.
Volunteer Efforts.
Axiom supports its team by providing paid time for employees to dedicate to giving-back efforts. Several people support WEN (Women’s Environmental Network), as well as many other personal causes.
For over two decades, the Women’s Environmental Network (WEN) has created a community of women in the San Francisco Bay Area to enhance stewardship of the environment through networking, career building, and leadership development.

At Axiom we are proud to be a Founding Circle Member (Silicon Valley Chapter) of ‘High – Tech High Heels, a non-profit committed to closing the gender gap in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) fields in higher education and industry.
